There will be a 15% restocking fee on all Rhino products returned within 30 days, plus shipping. No products will be acceptable for return after 30 days.
Refunds will be processed 20 to 30 days from receipt of refund item to allow for testing. Refunds on credit card purchased will be issued back to credit card.
Purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds are issued on purchase price only. The cost of shipping charges for the initial purchase will be deducted in addition to the restocking fee.
